How does Projection Sorcery stack speed?

Anime Discussion

I feel like I understand the basic mechanics of Projection Sorcery:

The sorcerer projects 24 frames of themselves that they must follow in the timeframe of a second. If the sorcerer is unable to complete those frames then he is frozen. He can apply the same rules to his enemy by touching them (which often results in them being frozen).

What i dont understand is how this ability correlates to super speed.

In order to be able to meet those 24 frames in a split second, dont they have to be frames that are physically possible to complete. Like i saw another explanation on this subreddit that you can imagine 24 frames where each frame you travel one meter, so you essentially travel 24 meters in one second.

But how is this possible? How can a sorcerer possibly meet the requirement of moving one meter in 1/24th of a second? If they can already do that whats the point of plotting the 24 frames? Or if it’s not possible without the 24 frames, why can’t they just put the frame anywhere and meet it, why cant they put the frame 10km away and instantly teleport?

And how does this all lead to speed stacking? Maybe im just not smart enough to follow along but I’m so confused lol.
