Destiny 2 temporary fps/stutter fix Steam

I have been having issues with destiny and same for a lot of people my frames and stuttering kind of went away after i disabled shader pre cache on steam and turned off hardware accelerated gpu scheduling, Fps still drops but the micro stutters slowed down, let me know if youre game runs better after disabling hardware accelerated gpu scheduling.
