New U400 UWB only works for me wife has to touch iphone to lock

Installed a U400 and added to Apple home first after updating and then deleting in Aqara app. Both wife and I are Home members. Her Apple wallet key works (express mode OK) to unlock when she holds her phone to the lock, but UWB only works for me. She has a iPhone 16, her express mode and open on approach is turned on in her Wallet app. Any ideas appreciated.
