Looking for a September 1 lease takeover

Hi everyone, as stated above I’m moving to NYC September 1 and could use all the help. Budget is max $2600 and would prefer to live in lower Manhattan since my office is in Fidi (not super set on a specific neighborhood though so open to other locations!)
