What should I use Windows for?

I recently got a Lenovo T490 and I was wondering what should I use Windows for since it has windows 11 installed and I haven't used Windows since Vista was released.

Is there anything interesting to do in Windows? I have a couple steam games in my Library to play (monument valley, The Witness.) I'll mess around with WSL just to see.

I might like to try a version of Gamemaker too. I used to use that on Windows XP.

Is there anything I could do that would help me to learn about the system out of curiosity sake, like change the UI or install some development libraries?
