Building pc but get blue flashing light and hear sound like fans want to turn on but nothing

I’ve rebuilt it twice already and still nothing I have a ASUS prime H810 128gb ddr motherboard intel core ultra 5 with intel graphics acer gm7 1Tb Corsair vengance 16b ddr5 I’m unsure on what’s going wrong unless it’s a compatibility issue
