What’s your biggest red flag when choosing an instagram growth service?

I have been reading about instagram growth lately because I wanted to understand how people actually grow accounts without relying only on ads. For me the biggest red flag is when a service asks for your Instagram login or password. A trustworthy growth service should prioritize your account's security and be transparent about how it works. One thing I kept noticing is that some wants you to connect your instagram account while others say they don't need access at all. It made me realize that follower growth is not even my main concern. I am more worried about giving a third party access to an account I have worked hard to build. Maybe i am overthinking it but it feels like one of those decisions that only seems risky after something goes wrong. Did you feel comfortable with it or was that enough to make you look for something else?
