I’ve been seeing many people approved in 60 days or less or around 85 days. Today marks 107 days and a month since REF was received. Can you guys share dates with me to compare cases. My 3 cases are at NBC and SBC. Did not apply for Parole. Work permit status show it’s being processed. I-130 shows received on April 10 and I-485 shows RFE received.
RFE was only for updated tax year that got in the way for sponsor.
