Niece left her phone on the LRT

Won't regale you all with the tale, but needless to say, once we got back to my place she went on her laptop and located her phone. It's at the DL MacDonald LRT terminal. Are we able to head over and ask to get it, or are we going to have to wait until tomorrow and call 311?
