MCU timeline

I have been curious to what is the actual chronological order to the Marvel movies and shows because in the timeline, they are missing agent Carter and some other movies and stuff and I have no idea the fully detailed lore behind everything. Ive seen some YouTube videos to explain it but it was just way too much to understand in an hour. I know that each movie has SOME back stories or flashbacks but the ones ive seen to start with is Captain America. What yall think?
