LG oven warm w/o being ON

We have a double-oven LG electric stove. I took out some cookie sheets we keep on the upper oven to make dinner, and noticed that they were warm. The lower heating element was cold. The upper heating element was warm - 102degrees (I used a thermometer to measure it).

We were out for most of the day, and no one has used the stove since this morning. We haven’t used the oven since yesterday.

What is going on? I would appreciate some advice. Thank you!
