ITEM 11. A Resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute and deliver an Agreement between the City of Birmingham and Community Care Development Network, in an amount no to exceed $345,130.00 under which Community Care Development Network will undertake a project to support direct food access operations across fourteen (14) Birmingham distribution sites (ten existing plus four new neighborhood sites), while building permanent infrastructure — including a storage building addition, a walk-in freezer, and two delivery trucks — that will serve Birmingham food-insecure households
