cant build lakeview manor

i bought the plot for lakeview manor, but when i go to the drafting table all it gives me is the option to remove workbenches which don’t exist yet. i havent been able to find any fixes online so thought i’d ask here. i was able to build both other houses perfectly fine but this one just foesnt work. doenst even give me the option to build a small house.
