Conditions of Applying for medicine in NUS

Hi, I want to learn about the conditions for applying for the MBBS program at NUS as a foreign student. I am currently studying chemical engineering with a 3.6 GPA and I graduated from school with a perfect GPA. This month, I'm trying to get a 7.5 score on the IELTS. I'm also planning to take the SAT 2-3 times until I get a 1400+ score. Do I have any chance of getting into NUS? Are there any scholarships? I am so sorry, I don't know almost anything; I am currently researching universities and countries. I would appreciate any information you can give to me.
