Gliding Schedule Restriction?

Hey all. During a group meeting, the manager suggested that gliding schedule will soon be restricted to 4/5 ratings and above. Although she didn't revoke our gliding, she is subtly hinting that we get comfortable with the 8am to 430pm-five days schedule going forward.

I'm in compliance practice area btw. Is this happening anywhere else in the agency? Can anyone confirm or dispel these rumors?
