Help

So i've been hanging with my neighbour(32f) for about 2 years- just casual drinking and going to concerts stuff like that.She always complaines about her current relationship with her bf and all the problems she has(he beat and cheated her few times).Last week when we were a bit drunk she told me that she likes me and would like to date me.I confroted her few days later when we were sober and said it was true and not some drunk talk.

The problem is when i invite her somewhere she always rejects me and now i dont know what to do...does she likes me or what?
