What if every Saiyan (pure or not) chain-fused into one being, and fought against every non-saiyan?

Don't forget that Cell is part Saiyan, and some versions of Buu, and the weird saiyans that Bardock met on his time travelling adventure, and Baby-Saiyans, goo saiyans, etc.

This obvs goes to the latter because it has all the GoDs, all the angels, both zenos, every dragon, and Popo, but...

What would it take for the Great Saiyan Race (or should I say, Great Saiya-Man!) to be on even footing or win?

Another consideration: does "Everyone-else-fighter" get stronger or weaker when adding useless people to the fusion?
