ndis.sys error whenever booting up pc

Hello. I recently bought a pre-built gaming computer from eBay. At first, the pc worked completely fine for the first month I had it. Until today where whenever I would boot it up, I would get a ndis.sys error. I booted into safe mode as tutorials online said to update my network driver but the pc would not allow me to update it. I decided to reinstall the drivers to see if it would help, it didn't. The pc couldn't boot into windows because it couldn't connect to wifi.

Ever since I purchased the pc, while everything else ran fine I wasn't able to update my PC or any drivers as it would give me a similar error whenever an update would start. I'm not sure how to fix this, we cannot afford a new PC or any new parts at the moment.
