Cut electricity from ps5

Guys , in my country the electricity cuts a lot , and it is the 10-12th time for my ps5 pro to be cut from electricity in last two weeks

Is my ps5 pro cooked ?
and how to check on it?
Also can someone recommend me a UPS?
