I need helping finding this manga I read when I was younger

When I was really young I got this box of books and there was this manga, it had like 2/4 (I forget which one) in one. I don't rember what the front cover was but I remember on the back it was like this girl with her panties on her ankles (😭) and it said something about a play boy? Or like tesing boy? Something like that. In the begening there is like her (the main girl) in a castle and someone coming in a cairage (I don't remeber if it was her like old best friend or this guy) and she had this guy that she would like tease him or like flirt with him and was like perverted. Then she had like this maid that did her clothes and something happened with her. The main part I remember is at the end of the book, so like end of book 2 I think her like ex was there some other guy, the guy she was teasing and her. And they like rode on a dragon onto some like moutains and went into this like hotel like thing in the moutains.

I don't rember what they looked like, but I think the main girl had light hair and the main guy had brown or black hair.
