What is the Greek word or equivalent for "Paraprofessional" or "Paraeducator"?

Hello! I am a Greek American and I talk with my uncle who lives in Isthmia very often over Zoom. He's elderly and he's always asking about how work is going. I'm still learning Greek so I try my best to describe my work in Greek, but I don't think he fully understands what my job is.
Is there a better term used for paraprofessional or someone who assists children with special needs in Greek?
The Greek teachers I work with here in the States just say Para but he doesn't know what that is LOL

Last time we talked I told him I work with "παιδιά με ειδικές ανάγκες".
