Youth & Students line not connecting?

I’ve been trying to get ahold of the number https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/phone-us gives for students (132 490) which I’ve connected to fine in the past, but for the past week or so every single time I’ve tried to call it at any point during their working hours it automatically gives me the “your call couldn’t be connected, please check the number and try again” response. Am I going insane? I would imagine the Centrelink robot would tell me the line is extremely busy if that were the issue rather than just saying the number doesn’t exist.

Their phone appointments are all booked up and I need to contact them about an urgent issue with the flights they’re supposed to book me to attend a mandatory intensive period at my university in just over a week, so I’m kind of freaking out.
