DLC isn't Appearing in Properties Tab and the Game won't Launch

I've owned the base game for a while but I bought all the DLC during the sale. On my Steamdeck, when I open the game's properties tab, all four DLCs appear. On my PC, only Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ appear. I have restarted Steam, my computer, reinstalled the game several times, and deleted the userdata number folder. When I try to launch the game it crashes, whether Afterbirth and Afterbirth+ are checked or not. I don't know what to do at this point, I just want to play the game without jumping through a million hoops.
