Beat Paper io 2 and can’t earn more

So I made the mistake of watching a video for 3 days of shields and then beat all the countries. I got rewards for everything up to “get 100% on 90th country” but now I can’t get more. Can I undo shields or anything to earn a few more levels before they expire in 4 days?
