Question about EBay sales events and promoted listings while using an auto renew feature from 3rd party

If I'm running a sales event, or promoting all of my items on eBay... when the auto renew feature kicks in from my 3rd partycross listing software does it remove the item from my sales event?
If so, how do I fix that? Any advice welcome thank you so much.
