budget 250,000 down i could wait another few years and go 350,000 for Hawaii captain cook potentially. Interested in working in the tourism industry. 35 single, not too many ties. Used to living in squalor. Love the water. I've worked 2 jobs just about my whole life I'm ready to buy a shack somewhere and coast the rest out.
