JP recommendation who won't give incorrect advice?

Question

I have an application with BDM which has a strict requirement to provide proof of a residential address (this is in addition to other documents already used for identification).

The first JP told me that the rates notice would be sufficient on it's own, but that's not true, the application has an explicit requirement. No surprise, I received an email advising my application required additional documentation, specifically the certified proof of payment was missing.

One of the options for proof of address is a council rates notice and a proof of payment. I don't get receipts / proof of payments for automated debit payments so I had to contact the local council, they emailed me a receipt, it's labelled as a copy from the EFTPOS printing.

I contacted BDM and they advised me to have both the email and the receipt certified by a JP. I went to a different JP, they stamped the documents with a statutory declaration stamp, had me sign it, then they stamped it and signed it too.

This still isn't the verification of the digital originals, and after submitting this, I received an email advising that the documents were not correctly certified and were not acceptable. BDM has advised that it should be easy for JP's to sight the digitals and just certify the printed copies.

Can anyone recommend a JP in the north (anywhere between Salisbury & Gawler inclusive) whom will be able to correctly certify my documents based on the digital originals?

I've already submitted constructive feedback to the two JP's via sa.gov JP feedback form.
