Is Lysol cleaning spray enough?

Today when my dad got back from driving my car I noticed that on the seat there were these little brown pieces. Now when I saw this I thought could those pieces be pieces of poop since we own a cat and my dad sits exactly where the cat sometimes sits on the couch? I know it sounds crazy but if by some crazy coincidence that those pieces really are pieces of cat poop how should I clean my car seat? I already sprayed it with Lysol but should I use something else?
