Document everything

I want to put this out there: document everything. Every email, every interaction, the second it happens!

I realized they are actively changing things whenever someone brings an issue up. If you don't have hard proof, you won't be able to back up your claims. It even seems like they're managing to get Internet Archive pages taken down. I didn't want to believe it until recently, but I'm honestly speechless at how far companies will go.
