Hard shell taco flying around and top closing fix?

I put a fork inside my taco to stop it flying around lol, but the cardboard insert they come with to keep it open when cooking flies out, has anyone seen or found something to use to stop the top of taco closing when cooking and also heavy enough to stop it orbiting 🤣
I only cook for myself so I’m only ever air frying 1 or 2 hard shells and an oven I’m too impatient for
