retake?

my brother gave as exams this may june and has to give a2 exams in oct nov of this year too. do you suggest we pay the fees before the 07th august deadline according to the early bird registration? or do we wait for his result (because we’re not sure if he has to give a retake or not) and pay it late after result?

is it possible to pay a2 ki fees before 07th august and then add as level ki fees later on after result comes out, in the case that he has to give retake?
