Enclomiphene and Clomid highly effective but not TRT

Has anyone experienced this? I took Clomid for three months, every alternate day, 12.5 mg. Felt complete simple relief. For reasons to protect my eyes, switched to TRT but not finding symptom relief. What could explain this? Has anyone else experienced the same?
