refresher is not good for the game

I genuinely dont think this item needs to exist, or if it has to, some heros need to be excluded from using it. well really just one does, that being victor. but I also think victors entire kit needs to be reworked, hes just fundamentally not fair. No hero in any game like this should be able to die and revive to a potential total of 3-4 times. its just literally not fair, and the fact that his kit is designed around him dying on purpose to do it genuinely just feels like it goes against everything of how you should play the game. I am aware you can counter buy and I do, I try my best to counter buy for every bad situation, but that simply just is not always enough.

Ill use my most recent game though as this was one of the most egregious examples of it ive seen. we consistently were killing him 1-2 times but he almost always had 3 lives in every engagement damn near, it was rare he would show up without ult+refresher up. I just dont see how thats even remotely fair when no other hero gets to just keep dying and coming back.

Normally I dont complain about anything in this game hero related, but this just doesnt seem right that a victor can do what he does. Imo his entire kit needs to be reworked, or they need to not allow him specifically to use refresher. I get im just frustrated and complaining and i wont even try to deny it, I am tilted as hell about it, sorry not sorry. and I obviously do counter buy you can even see in my build I have multiple items that are solid counters to victor but when he can just keep coming back to life it ultimately just doesnt matter it seems.

and yes obviously i am a fairly average player, I dont think im that good or anything and I am perfectly aware I could play better but I dont think that makes my argument here invalid. curious what other people think, like actually, I want to have a legit conversation about it. picture for context and I was playing the wraith and im very new to playing her, I main paige and graves normally.
