Unable to create novaworld2 account?

Trying to step through the registration process at http://www.novaworld2.com/index.php?idtag=4d1bb9607b172&do=/public/ but no dice. Screen is blank when I try to register. Tried multiple browsers and from my iphone as well, same issue. Purchased a copy of DF Platinum Pack from a thrift store and would like to get it working so I can play online. Anyone else having issues??
