Scared to get a second opinion

I recently had a lap with a regular gynaecologist and she said no endo was found. After looking back at the images and posting on a different sub, many people have told me to get a second opinion. The spots i’ve seen don’t look like typical endo, more subtle. If i do get another opinion, i would have to find an endometriosis specialist but i live in Australia and finding them here is not easy. If i don’t see the right doctor and they miss it, then i have just wasted time and money. I don’t know if i should take my photos to a specialist or wait a few years. I’m still in so much pain but there is nothing my doctors can do because endo wasn’t seen.
