4th Dose of 7.5mg Nausea

I took my 4th dose of 7.5mg pen on Saturday morning, prior 3 doses I had no side effects. Sunday morning woke up feeling really shakey and nauseous and then was sick a little (ie just bile) and then since then I’ve felt on and off nauseous since, trying to decide if I’ve maybe ate/drank something that has triggered the feeling.

Has anyone had side effects only present after dose 4?

I’m more than likely overthinking it as I do have a phobia of feeling/being sick so hoping that this doesn’t become a new norm going forward 🙃😭
