[Question] What would you do in my place?
I’ve been thinking about buying my first Swiss watch. Dreamt about Tissot. Finally, I’ve got some money (worked a bit + savings from not buying some little things or eating in cafés + was my birthday). So, I’ve been thinking about buying Tissot Ballade, but recently one person told me that for buying any Swiss watch or for my age, I should buy something that costs less than 100$. She was wearing Rolex and was much older than me. I’m 17 for the context.
I’m not totally agreed about that, because I want to buy a watch that I’ll be wearing a long period of time later and I don’t wanna purchase anything else later, because expect Tissot, I’m not interested in any other brands. On the other hand, I could save up much more money until my graduation and spend it on my education or smth else and so not buying anything.
What’s your opinion about that and should I buy watch or do you agree that I ought to buy a cheaper watch?
