Ivf with endometriosis

Hi all! Will start my ivf stimulation soon. Diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018 and had a surgery for stage 4 endometriosis and confirmed by biopsies in 2024 ((everything was adhered) there is also a small deep endometriosis in bowels but doctors didn’t want to operate it , yet.

After being forced to wait long waiting list for IVF , left ovary is cannot seen (probably adhered somewhere) and right ovary has regrown 3cm cyst. I have a history of endometriosis cyst burst 2 times before the surgery and had internal bleeding which almost knocked me out ..

curious if such thing can happen again? Or will my cysts grow a lot during stimulation? My right ovary has pain until my bleeding stops every cycle since i regrown the cysts.. does your ovary hurt a lot during injections? I clearly feel that my endometriosis is recurrent right now because i have so much pain for days again.. please let me know how was your hormone injections and do you have any suggestions.. thanks
