I'm part of a small operations team and lately it feels like I answer the same questions every single day.

How do I create a new client account? Where do I find this report? Which system do I update first? Even though we've explained these tasks many times, people still message someone on the team instead of looking for the answer.

I started writing documentation but it takes forever to keep everything updated. Every time a process changes, I have to edit multiple documents and before long they're outdated again.
