Do you do weird stuff when you watch movies?

I noticed that when I watch a film, I’m very immersed in the process. And for example I always do things like holding my breath when somebody on the screen dives into the water or I experience tension in my body or paralysis when I see nervous moments. I asked my family members and nobody does this. I find it strange and just want to know if it relates to autism
