I can’t read the later chapters because Tappytoon only goes up to Chapter 24, and I believe Migaeng has released 41 chapters so far. (If anyone was able to read the remaining chapters and knows if it is turning less toxic please let me know! ‘><)

I just finished Chapter 24, where Cheonho wanted to take Jehui out to dinner, but Jehui turned him down (ugh\~). I don’t know if the story is actually becoming less toxic or if the author is steering away from that dynamic, or maybe I’m just being hopeful, but it kind of feels like Cheonho wants more of an actual relationship now, no? Maybe I’m just focusing too much on the jealousy and now the dinner scene, so I’m not sure.

Whenever Migaeng posts about a new chapter, the promotional images of them seem a little more “wholesome.” I could be totally wrong since images can only tell you so much. The main reason I think this is because, in the third image, the Korean text translates to something like, “because you like me,” assuming the translation is accurate.

I honestly might just be coping because I usually prefer cute couple BLs over toxic ones. 😭 This one has me hooked because I really like the characters and the art style. I wish this series were more popular because I hardly ever see anyone talking about it. If anyone has read the later chapters or has any thoughts, I’d love to hear them. Thanks in advance!

Is No Returns After Use getting less toxic?
