Why does Renodx in Unreal Engine games always cause flickering?

After installing Renodx on numerous games, I encountered a problem: with frame generation enabled, almost all Unreal Engine games experienced flickering in highlight areas.

They provided a patch called renodx-dlssfix.addon64. However, after strictly following the instructions to install this patch on all the Unreal Engine games experiencing flickering, the situation remained unchanged.
