Reta weird side effect

I just started Reta yesterday I did 1mg. My appetite was fine no issues with food noise or hunger but I was awake this morning at 2am ravenously hungry and hunger pangs which I haven’t felt in I don’t even know how long. I thought this stuff is supposed to make you less hungry?
