Media Library Issues - None of my music is showing up

I finnaly bought the Echo Mini and I was very excited to use it. Transfered my 5gb of music onto the device (I dont have a SD card) and the media refresh causes it to suddenly turn off. None of my music appears in the media library and only appears in the file browser.

I'm aware that this can occur because of large image files, special characters and random files in the music but I have so many folders of songs. Do I really have to go through every single one and change the data. Also I listen to mostly japanese music so ofcourse alot of the artists and song titles are going to have japanese characters.

I know I shouldn't expect much from a cheap audio player but for me this still cost alot of money and I hope there is a way to fix this.
