Guys something going on with Torbox

Can you guys help. I can't attach the video here but I'm getting buffered every 3 sec. Literally every 3 sec. And I'm watching a 1.8 GB file (1080p) 1 hour long. Torbox speed test shows 32MB. I'm using torrentio links.
