Anyone else having Xbox Live / Store issues?

Hi everyone,
I'm currently based in South Korea and using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Right now, it seems like Xbox Live or the Microsoft servers are completely down for me:

1. MSFS 2024: Keeps throwing a server connection error and won't let me log in.
2. Modern Warfare 3: Prompting me to buy the game even though I have Game Pass, followed by a "Store is currently unavailable" error message.
   Is anyone else experiencing the same issue right now, especially in the Asian region?
