The Twins and Conduit

So.... how valuable are the twins? I'm planning on pulling Rhiannon, Ms. Stranger and Everecho. I did 20 pulls and got Kaala Bauna so I'm guaranteed. I have about 150 pulls. Though I'm conflicted if I should continue saving until the anniversary and the following patch. Conduit seems like the new meta team so I'm wondering if I should pull them for that reason.
