Disconnecting during matches

What am I supposed to do if i get the disconnection message? I know that the opponent can force it, am i supposed to give up and forget? Do I wait for something? It literary happens every second game and the game counts those as my losses. Just for the record, my connection is fine and i'm not really disconnected.
