JSS Mysore vs MSR blr

So I scored 600 and am getting 9.9k rank in reneet. I have Karnataka domicile as well. I am placing KMC mlr at the top but chances of me getting the govt seat there would be slim because it closed around 7k last year. After this I thought I’d go for either MSR or JSS(both govt seats). Can anyone recommend and also state why?
