how long should i wait until i chase another relationship

im 22m and i’ve been in and out of multiple relationships over the past 4 years roughly around 4 serious relationships and another 2 that only lasted 1 month or so the “serious” relationship on average lasted maybe 7 months i ended one of them 2 of the others i was broken up with and another was mutual “moved away” im sitting here now debating on wether or not i should download a dating app 2 of my serious relationships came from dating apps in the past the other 2 i met out and about or through people i feel like i cant maintain a relationship and also feel like i keep chasing another right after one ends is this normal its been just over 3 months since i was dumped should i stay single for a while longer or try meet someone i feel often a little bored and lonely without a partner i feel like i can be alone but i feel like lifes better when you have someone like that in your life any advice or conversation would be greatly appreciated.
